Product Introduction
1. Foaming fixture:
The foaming fixture composes of holder(framework), a driving system for up and down of bottom plate which loading cabinet in and out by belt conveyor, a cabinet conveyor system, main jig part, periphery foaming mould plates, a water heating system for periphery foaming mould plates. The periphery foaming mould plates contain a bottom plate, a top plate, a compressor side plate and two side plates。
2. Auto injection system:
The holder and the moving unit are made of steel material by welding。 The moving unit is driven by motor (controlled by frequency inverter). The position of the moving unit is detected and controlled by an encoder. The positioning precision is ±1mm.
3. Double –direction loading/unloading system:
The double direction loading/unloading system is driven by Servo through Synchronous belt Arrangement centrally located.
and the pre-assembled cabinet is transported on the roller conveyor covered with rubber. The system consists of the loading unit (loading pre-assembled cabinet to fixture), the unloading unit (unloading the foamed cabinet from fixture), the ground rails and etc.
4. Preheating oven:
The preheating oven consists of EPS heat preservation housing, holder and the heating system. The electricity-heating unit is set on the top and both sides of the oven. The preheating temperature can be adjusted between 25~60℃, the heating power is about 24kw, the controlling precision of the temperature is ±2℃. Two fans are installed for equable heating.
5. Roller conveyor inside the pre-heating oven:
Roller conveyor inside the pre-heating oven is made of formed aluminum material and steel holder. Guiding units (guiding wheels covered with rubber) are mounted on both sides of the conveyor, the width between the two side guiding units is adjustable (manually). The space between the two rollers is 150mm. The Conveyor is controlled by program. Conveyor height is 850mm, width is about 1500mm, and length is about 2400mm. The power of each motor is 0.55kw.
6. Water heating system:
The heating system consists of mould-heating controllers, connected to fixture with pipes and then distributed to each mould plate of the fixture.
The temperature of fixture is controlled separately by hand. A ball valve is mounted at the inlet of hot water pipe for each fixture, and the flow rate can be adjusted manually。
7. Vehicle for mould changing:
This vehicle consists of a steel frame and some rollers with good intensity. There is a platform with Universal balls on this vehicle.
8. Electric control system:
High-speed counter is used to input the signal from encoder, the movement of the double direction loading/unloading system and the auto-injection system is controlled by program and frequency inverter. Zero clear function is adopted for eliminating accumulated tolerance, stable and reliable running is guaranteed.
The line can be communicated to the PU foaming machine easily. It is suggested that 8421 code is a better way to communicate to the wet part.
There are two operation modes: manual mode and auto mode. Manual mode is used for adjusting and maintenance. Auto mode is used for automatic production.
Self-diagnosis function is designed for the control system, and can be displayed on the touch panel. It can distinguish the failure fixtures and will not load pre-assembled cabinet to those fixtures, for failure transported cabinet, it will be loaded at the loading position directly.
The inner mould is heated by electricity. Temperature sensor is set in each fixture.
Any adjustment is not allowed during the curing time after filling.
The key components uses brand of SIMENS, OMRON and etc, the others use domestic brand.
Using cyclopentane must be taken into consideration in the design of the control system.
