After ABS& HIPS Sheet are loaded and unloaded manually, the working procedure including clamping, heating, forming, cooling and holding down shall be performed at the same station.
The detailed process is as follows:
Manually Placing Sheet for forming on the workbench of a forming machine
the hydraulic cylinder drives the swaging frame to move downwards and press against the sheet material
the heating plate moves forward to heat the sheet material
the heating plate retreats to original place after completion of heating
bubbling (blowing for a half arc as a bubble)
Vacuum Forming Mold goes upward in place
Vacuuming Supply to absorb heated sheet materials to the surface of Vacuum Forming Mold
Upper Pressing Frame goes downward for assisting forming (stamping, manual cutting, if this is necessary)
Cooling Fan Blow Wind onto the Surface of Inner Liner Outside for Cooling and Forming
Upper Frame goes upward
De-molding
Vacuum Forming Mold Come Down to Original Position
The swaging frame goes upward to Original Place
Manually Removing the Finished Inner Liner from Machine and then for next Circle of Production as the same.
