Processing Flow Chart

Main technical parameter as below, however this is a customized machine, all parameter is able to be adjusted based on your requirement.

  1. Equipment size(for reference): 4500×3000×3600(L×B×H)mm

  2. Forming area: 1800mm× 800mm

  3. Maximum forming depth: 650mm

  4. Heating power: about MAX 180KW full loading, 500W of each heater

  5. Total power consumption: about 185Kw

  6. Mode of forming: Male forming

  7. Tact time: 180s for each cabinet inner liner (not including manual loading and unloading time);

  8. Compressed air source: 2’’(0.5-0.65Mpa)

  9. Total Tap Water capability: 0.2T/h;

  10. Workbench height: 2000 mm

  11. Material thickness: 1.0—5.5 mm(for door, thickness≤2 mm)

  12. Material: ABS or HIPS

  13. For Vacuum Pump:

a) 3-1: Pump Type--------WLW-300B;

b) 3-2: Ratio of Speed for Vacuuming: 300;

c) 3-3: Maximum Pressure ( Pa): 2000;

d) 3-4: Motor Power: 22KW;

e) 3-5: Diameter of Inlet and Expell: 160mm;

f) 3-6: Rotation Speed: 250rpm

Processing Flow Chart

After ABS& HIPS Sheet are loaded and unloaded manually, the working procedure including clamping, heating, forming, cooling and holding down shall be performed at the same station.

The detailed process is as follows:

  1. Manually Placing Sheet for forming on the workbench of a forming machine

  2. the hydraulic cylinder drives the swaging frame to move downwards and press against the sheet material

  3. the heating plate moves forward to heat the sheet material

  4. the heating plate retreats to original place after completion of heating

  5. bubbling (blowing for a half arc as a bubble)

  6. Vacuum Forming Mold goes upward in place

  7. Vacuuming Supply to absorb heated sheet materials to the surface of Vacuum Forming Mold

  8. Upper Pressing Frame goes downward for assisting forming (stamping, manual cutting, if this is necessary)

  9. Cooling Fan Blow Wind onto the Surface of Inner Liner Outside for Cooling and Forming

  10. Upper Frame goes upward

  11. De-molding

  12. Vacuum Forming Mold Come Down to Original Position

  13. The swaging frame goes upward to Original Place

  14. Manually Removing the Finished Inner Liner from Machine and then for next Circle of Production as the same.
