Put all sheets on the loading stacker which will arise controlled by servo system
The sucker on mechanism down to place for picking the sheet up
Sucker takes the sheet horizontal moving to forming station
put the sheet down
mechanism revert to home place for picking next sheet
the servo motor drives the swaging frame to move downwards and press against the sheet material
the heating plate moves forward to heat the sheet material
the heating plate retreats home after completion of heating
bubbling (blowing for a half arc as a bubble)
servo motor drives Vacuum Forming Mold upward in place
Vacuuming Supply to absorb heated sheet materials to the surface of Vacuum Forming Mold
Cooling Fan Blow Wind onto the Surface of Inner Liner Outside for Cooling and Forming
Mold goes down for de-molding
the clamper on the frame clamps the edges of formed product and goes upward
the mechanism with sucker move horizontal to forming area again and put the next sheet down
at the same time, the clamper which clamps the formed product, now release the product falling down to the platform on mechanism
the mechanism takes the formed product back to home place for picking next sheet, at the same time, the swaging frame goes downward, heating plate moves forward for heating, then pushing mechanism is moving forward to unload the formed product to unloading platform
now for next circle of production as the same.
