Product Overview

This line mainly compose of Sheet Loading, punching machine, roller forming machine, Cutting machine, Lateral Conveying Manipulator for top panel after cutting, Roll conveyor with lifting, cutting for top panel rear side, Back side bending and Step forming for corner of top panel, L shape bending machine I for top panel, Roller conveyor, Unloading for top panel, End side Z shape Forming and L Bending For Left and right panel,Roller conveyor Unloading For Left and right panel , pneumatic system, Hydraulic system,electricity control system and etc.

Main Components

1.Plate Decoiling Flattening Shearing Machine

Function instruction: uncoiling is to fix coil on the spindle of uncoiler, a supporting table tosupport coil Inner diameter, while working automatically, through material loop controllinginstruction to make spindle uncoiling and loosing coil intermittently, equipped with coildiameter detection, to control uncoiling speed, ensure uncoiling line speed is uniform velocity,improved material loosing problem.

2.Straightener

Function instruction: use unbending principle to release material bending stress to straighten plate, then feed into press equipment according to set length and speed.

3.Feeder

Function instruction: feed strip into press equipment according to set length and speed.

4.Cutter

5.Punching: (The number of stations depends on the product drawing — one, two, or three stations are all available)

The punching& piercing station consists of machine base, C-type mould frame, belt conveyor, positioning system, scrap collecting unit and so on

6.Roller Former:This is used to form the left and right profiles. The number of rollers depends on the product drawing, generally 25 pairs or 30 pairs.

7.Cutting Machine

This machine is only for separating sheet into three parts, top & side (left and right). But some customers prefer the cut-to-size sheet to make side panels and top panel, in this case, this station is able to be removed.

8.Stations for top panel, such as transfer the top panel from the main line to the conveyor by manipulator, then bending for back side, as well as the step forming sometimes. And L bending.

9.Stations for side panels, such as end side Z forming and L bending, then unloading.

All is customized, above are only for reference, the finalized one is based on the customer’s specification and product drawing.

General Technical Performance

1. Production line Dimensions (Reference): About L47000*W8500*H3500;

2. height for workpiece : from ground 900mm;

3. Stations:14;

4. The work of the beat: 24 seconds / piece;

5. Work piece materials used:

  • Unpainted sheet steel

  • PCM

  • VCM or PVC steel (with a covering of PVC or vinyl)

Thickness of sheet 0.4-0.6 mm.

Test and line acceptance it should be carried out with thickness of sheet 0.5 mm.

6. Adjustment scope for the product size:

The limiting sizes of Side Panels of refrigerators:

  • Length of 700-2100 mm.

  • Width of 480…600 mm.

The limiting sizes of Top of refrigerators:

  • Length of 440-700 mm.

  • Width of 450-570 mm.

7. Electric supply : AC380V, 50HZ, the total power of about 115KW;

8. Gas source: 1 / 2 "(0.5-0.65Mpa);

9. Water supply: Industrial water.( 25 litres/minute)
