The foam line body includes:
  • main clamper drive system(6 stations operation),
  • 3 layers of rubber roller conveyors each 4 sections,(4*3=12 stations),
  • 2 transition shuttles at both end side,
  • 2 elevators at inlet and outlet of curing room
  • 18 jigs( how many jigs is based on the customer’s productivity, )
  • 3 sets of locking/unloading device,
  • 3 sets of opening/closing arms,
  • 2 Door Gantry manipulators, one for Door unloading, the other for new metal panel loading.
  • 1 automatic pouring carrier(double pouring head)
  • 1 mold change station,
  • 1 heating room,
  • 1 set of ventilation system,
  • 1 set of high pressure foaming machine platform etc(not include wet part).
  • 1 set of hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electric control system
