The door foaming machine is a 7-station rotary drum used for Door Panel foaming which composed of:
1 main frame,
1 revolving drum,
7 pieces of jigs,
1 set of driving, position, jigs open and lock devices,
1 set of door type identification devices,
1 set of water heating/cooling and control system,
1 set of air exhausting system,
1 set of pouring moving trolley,
1 set of electrical and pneumatic system and etc.
It can also be designed as six or eight stations according to customers’ needs.
This equipment is used for PU foaming of refrigerator or freezer doors. Compared to other types of foaming fixtures, the advantages of the rotary drum are small footprint, high efficiency, and convenient operation for operators. And it can be designed as hydraulic control or motor control according to customer requirements. Hydraulic control is relatively cost-effective, but it may have some impact on environmental hygiene. The price of the motor is slightly higher, but it runs more stably and is cleaner.

It is joined by upper and lower aluminum plates which connected by hinge. Upper and lower g are welded separately by square pipewith frame structure. Welded on square tube, steel plate, fixed on the main frame with bearing and bearing seat, so that the rotation can be realized smoothly. Driven by a servo motor, the turntable can rotate 360/8 degrees around the bearing at one time. The driving system includes a motor and a gear ring.
1 set of fork to prop the jig jaw, welded by a rectangular pipe and steel plate, and actuated by a cylinder. It can stop in three position, that is uppermost position to hold the jig when opening、 horizontal position for pouring equably, and lowest position for loading and unloading door, the fork driven by a 80mm cylinder which speed controlled by proportion valve, there are 3 velocity, apart top, fast, and slow changed smoothly to open the jig stably, one sensor mounted on the tip to detect jig.
1 unlocking device mounted on left to unlock the jig, driving by reducing motor via ball screw with a short range. The jig could only be unlocked when the fork on the top and detected the jig
1 automatic locking device mounted on right below, same structure with unlocking device to lock the jig when the drum rotate 360°/7 the opened jig reach the very position of which and lock it immediately, one sensor mounted opposite to detect the jig beam locked perfectly or not.
1 set of pouring gun carrier, driven by rack gears and strips with servo motor by door size and pouring time to pour the liquid equably in the door; the explode-resist motor with auto brake function. The program collect data from encoder and control the trolley moving a tolerance within 1mm. operator can set two or three pouring area according to the door size. The frame is made of welding steel with good intensity and strength. It mainly used for pushing the revolving of turntable, and also used for accomplishing orientation、opening a lock and closing a lock. The moving of prop device mainly consist of following parts: oil drum cylinder hydraulic bureau and related pipeline and valve.
All pipe connection places on hydraulic installation are separable and connection places and the seal is realizable with system of hydraulic nut and cut rings. All parts of fixed and flexible hydraulic pipelines as its connection are tested on pressure can satisfy the requirements when machine works.
